Fetherston, Jr. counsels large, mid-sized, and small businesses throughout Oregon in the areas of corporate, commercial, and real estate matters and estate planning. Mr. Fetherston's career has been punctuated with a longstanding commitment to advancing the profession and serving his community.  His professional service includes serving on the Oregon State Bar Committee on Uniform Civil Jury Instructions, including as committee chair.  He has also been a member and President of the Board of Directors of the Mid-Willamette Valley Estate Planning Council, and served as President of that organization.  Mr. Fetherston was also appointed by the Governor of Oregon to serve on the state's Task Force on Comprehensive Revenue Restructuring and on the Advisory Committee on Government Productivity and Accountability. 

Mr. Fetherston has been an active member of Associated Oregon Industries, Oregon's largest and most influential business lobbying and public policy organization.  Mr. Fetherston served as Chairman of the Board of AOI, and has served on the AOI Board and Executive Committee for many years.  Mr. Fetherston served as Chairman of the AOI PAC and is currently serving as a trustee of the AOI HealthChoice trust. 

Mr. Fetherston also serves on the Board of Directors of the Mid-Willamette Valley Habitat for Humanity.  Ben and his wife have been married 28 years and have one daughter.
